Hours:  8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday (except for court approved holidays)


The County Court Civil File Desk, located in Suite 101 of the George L. Allen Sr. Courts Building, will temporarily be closed to most in-person services on Fridays beginning Friday, May 13, 2022. Onsite services for Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) and other emergency orders, time sensitive bond payments and citation/writ pick-up will remain available. In-person services (non-payment related) for existing cases will continue in the fifth floor County Clerk Offices. Filing by mail and e-filing are always accepted. The County Probate Clerk’s Office, located in Suite 2200E of the Renaissance Tower (1201 Elm St.), will temporarily be closed to most in-person services on Fridays beginning Friday, July 1, 2022. Onsite services for Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) and other emergency orders, urgent letter requests, time sensitive bond payments and citation/writ pick-up will remain available.
